- Do I have to register?
- You don't have to register and can exchange vouchers with us as a guest. All you need is an email address. As a registered user, you get the advantage that you can combine several vouchers.
- How long does it take until I receive my voucher code?
- Vouchers will be sent by email within 5 minutes. There are rare exceptional cases where orders can take longer. This can arise from maintenance work by our partners or from delivery bottlenecks for products. If such a case should arise, you will be informed and we will take care of your order as quickly as possible.
- How long does it take to receive my PayPal, Skrill or bank transfer?
- Orders that cannot be sent by email will be processed within 24 hours.
- My voucher code cannot be redeemed.
